All our paints are made by a one-woman team, and can take up to 8 weeks to cure. With only limited hours in the day, and over 200 colours, I am unable to keep them all in stock.
To avoid disappointment, I only list items that are in stock, rather than teasing you with those that are sold out.
I am more than happy to make custom orders for members of the Beehive however, so please get in touch!
I only restock my paints once I am sure that they are packed to the brim with pigment! As such, the exact date fluxuates.

Whilst it’s easier if everything is in one order, if I haven’t despatched your outstanding orders, I am happy to combine orders. If you message me (or put in your order note) about the previous order, I can see about combining them and refunding the shipping overages.
Preordering is currently not available – as each paint takes up to 8 weeks to make, it would lead to a lot of chaos if I openly accepted colour orders.
That said, I am open to limited custom orders for Beehive subscribers, to thank those that support me on a recurrent basis.
1. For products that are in stock, we aim to despatch orders within 5-7 working days.
2. For custom or pre-orders, we aim to despatch within 3-4 weeks of order, however due to the nature of handmade paint, this can vary dependent on the colours ordered.
3. Beehive Subscriptions are sent out in the month of the second payment. The exact date may vary based on how well the paints cure.
These delivery estimates have been provided by Royal Mail, the service I use to post your happy mail.
Domestic (UK) Orders: 1-2 working days from despatch.
Europe: 3-5 working days from despatch.
Worldwide: 6-8 working days from despatch.
During especially busy times, these might take a little longer. Additionally, some customs points (Chicago, I’m looking at you) seem to take longer to process mail – I’ve had cases where the mail has sat there for two weeks before!!
We take credit/debit card, paypal, and google/apple pay. via woocommerce and stripe.
We take great care in describing, photographing and quality testing every item in our shop. While returns are not currently accepted, please make us aware of any defects discovered within 48 hours of package receipt so we may rectify the situation.
We spend a lot of time on our shop photography to accurately represent the colours & detail in each and every piece. Keep in mind, however, that monitors display colors differently.
Please send us your current shipping address as soon as you realize your error.
The sooner you contact us with the correct shipping address the more likely it is that we can correct your shipping label. We cannot guarantee that it will get updated especially if the order has not been processed, and therefore cannot be held responsible for misdirected packages. However, we always do our very best to accommodate you!
