1. For products that are in stock, we aim to despatch orders within 5-7 working days.
2. For custom or pre-orders, we aim to despatch within 3-4 weeks of order, however due to the nature of handmade paint, this can vary dependent on the colours ordered.
3. Beehive Subscriptions are sent out in the month of the second payment. The exact date may vary based on how well the paints cure.
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes that apply. We do not charge VAT or taxes at the point of sale.
Tracking is available for international orders, and can be chosen at the point of order. Tracking is the best way to keep your mail insured, and to know exactly where it is on its journey to you!
If you choose an option without tracking, refer to the delivery guidelines before.
